Le Labo Australia offer one standard digital gift card design.
What is an eGift Card and how do I redeem an eGift Card?
An eGift Card is a Le Labo Australia Gift Card that is delivered via e-mail. It works in the same way as
physical Gift Cards work today. You choose the amount and message and the recipient will receive your
personalised email in 30 Minutes.
How do I download my Le Labo Australia eGift Card?
Open the email that is received from Le Labo Australia Gift Cards on your computer or mobile device and
click the
“Retrieve your eGift Card now” button.
The eGift Card PDF will download and open.
Can I nominate another person and/or company to receive my Gift Card order?
Yes. You can order your Gift Card/s and have the order delivered to any person.
Do Gift Cards ordered from Le Labo Australia expire?
Yes. Le Labo Australia Gift Cards expire 36 months from the order being placed.
Where can I redeem Le Labo Australia Gift Cards?
Can I reload Gift Cards?
No. Once a Gift Card has been loaded, the card's value cannot be increased.
What if a Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Once Gift Cards are activated, they should be treated like cash as lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be
replaced or refunded.
